We also offer a full line of smooth bore interlocked metal hoses, including smooth bore vacuum hose options designed for optimal material transfer. All our Precision Hose products are manufactured to the industry’s highest quality standards.

BENEFITS OF STRIPWOUND METAL HOSE

Stripwound metal hose provides the ability to transfer abrasive materials between two points. One main benefit is the ability to not contaminate the transferred product with any residue. When transferring abrasive materials, the interlocked hose has an advantage over the softer hose. Sharp or hard materials can damage the internal coatings of the softer hose, leading to contamination of the transferred product. For applications requiring a more streamlined flow, our smooth bore vacuum hose minimizes turbulence and friction, making it ideal for various material handling scenarios.

PRECISION HOSE PRODUCTS

Precision Hose & Expansion Joints manufactures a wide range of sizes. These range from 1/8″ I.D. (inside diameter) to 16″ I.D., with larger sizes available upon special request. Our product line includes both interlock hose and bore hose options, ensuring flexibility for various industrial needs. Additionally, our interlocked and square locked products are available in 300 series stainless steel, galvanized, brass, bronze, and monel.

A wide variety of extruded covers are also available if required. This includes PVC, Silicone, Rubber, Polyurethane, Teflon, and more. The entire product line is available in the same materials as our regular rough bore interlock hose. For special applications, fittings can be welded or brazed onto interlocked metal hose in our fabrication facility.
