Braid Sleeve Products Offered By Precision Hose & Expansion Joints
Braid sleeves are solid steel bands that are used to contain the ends of steel braid that is covering corrugated hose. Additionally, these braid sleeve products are commonly referred to as braid bands or ferrules. Braid sleeves act as the focal point of the welding process. The braid sleeve, steel braid, and corrugated hose are welded together at the end of a fabricated hose assembly.
Precision Hose & Expansion Joints offers a variety of sizes of braid sleeve products. As a result, we are able to accommodate many variables of the fabrication process. We currently offer braid sleeves for ¼” through 2” hose braided and double braided hose.
